MEDzooz Academy is an educational platform designed to help medical students strengthen clinical reasoning skills by connecting multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with clinical thinking.

The Platform provides educational resources, including lessons, high-yield summaries, videos, and practice questions designed to supplement medical education.

MEDzooz Academy is intended to complement, not replace:

  • medical school coursework
  • lectures
  • textbooks
  • clinical rotations
  • faculty instruction
  • comprehensive medical knowledge resources
  • other educational resources

MEDzooz Academy exists to help users identify areas for improvement, reinforce knowledge retrieval, and develop the ability to apply medical knowledge through clinical reasoning.

4. Educational Disclaimer and No Medical Advice

All Content provided through MEDzooz Academy is for educational purposes only.

MEDzooz Academy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or patient-specific clinical guidance.

The Platform should not be used as a substitute for clinical training, supervision from qualified healthcare professionals, institutional policies, or independent clinical judgment.

Users are responsible for verifying medical information using current guidelines, evidence-based resources, primary literature, and appropriate clinical supervision.

5. No Guarantee of Educational Outcomes

MEDzooz Academy is designed to support learning and improve clinical reasoning skills; however, MEDxManual, LLC does not guarantee any specific educational outcome.

We do not guarantee:

  • passing medical school examinations
  • passing licensing examinations
  • achieving specific grades
  • improved exam performance
  • residency placement
  • clinical performance outcomes

Individual results will vary based on many factors, including prior knowledge, study habits, effort, and use of additional educational resources.

6. Eligibility and Intended Users

MEDzooz Academy is intended primarily for medical students and other learners seeking to improve clinical reasoning skills.

Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain accurate account information.

MEDxManual, LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, misleading, or if use of the Platform violates these Terms.

7. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
  • all activity conducted through their account
  • ensuring account information remains accurate

Accounts are intended for individual use only.

Users may not:

  • share login credentials
  • allow others to access their account
  • create accounts for unauthorized users

Users are responsible for notifying MEDxManual, LLC if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

8. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell Platform Content
  • upload malicious software

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content available through MEDzooz Academy, including but not limited to:

  • lessons
  • videos
  • graphics
  • illustrations
  • MCQs
  • explanations
  • written materials
  • branding
  • logos
  • software

is owned by or licensed to MEDxManual, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MEDzooz Academy is a product and educational platform operated by MEDxManual, LLC.

Subject to these Terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal educational purposes.

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.

Users may not reproduce, photograph, distribute, sell, publicly display, record, upload, share screenshots or copies for redistribution, modify, or create derivative works from MEDzooz Academy Content without prior written permission from MEDxManual, LLC.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, users may not reproduce, photograph, distribute, sell, publicly display, record, upload, share, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, harvest, extract, or otherwise use MEDzooz Academy Content for commercial purposes or for the development, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or operation of artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without the prior written permission of MEDxManual, LLC.

10. AI-Assisted Educational Materials

Some illustrations, graphics, or visual materials available through MEDzooz Academy may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

All educational Content, including AI-assisted materials, undergoes review by qualified medical professionals prior to publication.

AI-assisted materials are intended to enhance learning and do not replace physician-reviewed educational oversight.

11. Content Accuracy and Updates

Medical knowledge evolves continuously.

While MEDxManual, LLC strives to provide accurate and evidence-informed educational Content, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

MEDxManual, LLC reserves the right to:

  • update Content
  • modify lessons
  • revise questions or explanations
  • remove materials
  • improve educational resources

at any time.

12. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

MEDzooz Academy may offer paid subscription access to certain educational Content, features, or services.

Subscription fees are paid to MEDxManual, LLC and are charged on a recurring monthly basis according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize MEDxManual, LLC or its designated payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the following billing period, users must cancel their Subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their Subscription at any time through available account settings or by following cancellation instructions provided by MEDzooz Academy.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

Access to subscription features will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds and Prorations

Subscription payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated.

If a user cancels after a payment has been processed:

  • no refund will be issued
  • no partial credit will be provided
  • access will continue until the end of the billing period

Subscription Pricing Changes

MEDxManual, LLC reserves the right to modify Subscription pricing.

Users will receive notice of significant pricing changes before they take effect and will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged at the updated rate.

13. Third-Party Services

MEDzooz Academy uses third-party services to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform. These may include:

  • WordPress
  • Elementor
  • Cloudflare
  • Vimeo
  • Hypothes.is
  • payment processors
  • email service providers
  • analytics providers

Some features may allow optional interaction with third-party tools.

For example, Hypothes.is may allow users to highlight and annotate educational Content. Use of Hypothes.is is optional and subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy.

MEDxManual, LLC is not responsible for the practices, policies, availability, or content of third-party services.

14. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and recommendations regarding MEDzooz Academy.

By submitting feedback, you grant MEDxManual, LLC permission to use such feedback to improve or develop our services without obligation to provide compensation or attribution.

15. New Features and Beta Services

MEDxManual, LLC may introduce new features, tools, or services.

Beta or trial features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

16. Platform Availability

MEDxManual, LLC strives to maintain reliable access to MEDzooz Academy but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance
  • technical issues
  • third-party service interruptions
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control

17. Security and Data Protection

MEDxManual, LLC takes reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of the MEDzooz Academy Platform and user information. However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from unauthorized access, cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, or other security threats.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEDxManual, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including cybersecurity attacks, hacking attempts, malware, system vulnerabilities, or failures of third-party service providers.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and should notify us promptly through the MEDzooz Academy Contact Us page if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

MEDxManual, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including:

  • unauthorized account sharing
  • copyright infringement

  • fraudulent activity
  • interference with Platform operation

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEDxManual, LLC and MEDzooz Academy from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • violation of these Terms
  • infringement of third-party rights

22. Events Beyond Our Control

MEDxManual, LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the MEDzooz Academy Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MEDxManual, LLC regarding your use of the Platform.
